Subject: TROJAN VIRUS

Does anyone know how I can remove this virus from my computer? I got it when I clicked on someones AIM PROFILE that said WOW look what I found!!! WHenever I run an anti virus they find the virus, I delete it but it always comes back!! Can anyone help me? If SO send me an EMAIL or IM me on XXSASAZINHAXX THANK U SOOO MUCH!!
