Subject: Msconfig and Regedit Will not work :o\

Ok I have Read just about Evrey Post non were helpfull I have the stupid "loL.. Check this cam im gettin from bestbuy Pic - Mini DV Digital" Virus...."I have Windows "98" I can't run msconfig or regedit.... cos the screens for them both disaper after 2 seconds. If anyone at all has any info or knowlege of how to fix and get rid of this Virus please post back or e-mail me. JeremyJtW20@aol.com thank you
