Subject: aim virus affect internet explorer??

hey..after i noticed the "%n picture" thing in my profile, my internet explorer was acting weird too..when i open IE, it brings me to websites that are random and while IE is open, ALOT of pop ups come..also, whenever i try to type in a web address this address automatically pops up interuppting my original address: http://www.ignphrases.com/keyword/keyword.aspx?pid=38&v=6.1&rs=0&keyword=|~f

can someone help me??
