Hit Ctrl+Alt+Del. Now look for av or av.exe. Click that and hit End Task. Now, go to your Windows folder (probably c:/windows) and find av or av.exe and delete it. It's easy to find if you right click on an empty space and Arrange Icons by name. That should do it for ya.
