Subject: Bios Beep??

At times in the past, when I would, lets say, " not click an OK button but click elsewhere" I would hear a beep coming from my CPU. The beep is gone but I now hear a small click from the unit instead.

Whats the deal here?
Is it a bios thingy?

System device mgr. has no yellow exclamation marks.
