About our President . . .

Lou Bruno's first career was in the Graduate Faculties at Columbia University, teaching and doing research in psychology. Lou says this helped him "to understand what makes people tick".

Lou's second career -- in retail management -- was directing district operations for Radio Shack, Savemart, and then Newmark & Lewis. It was as a retailer that he developed his deep concern for his client's needs.

Installations Plus+, Lou's third and current career was founded, in his words, "To help people make the most of their PCs."

Lou attributes his success at Installations Plus+ to his clients. "They're the best!" he says. "We'd be no place without their generous referrals." (We suspect his extensive knowledge of electronics and computers and his amazing good spirits also figure in his success.)
